Subsequent Event	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We have evaluated subsequent events for recognition or disclosure through the date that this Form 10-Q is filed with the SEC. We have noted there are no other subsequent events other than those noted below. On May 3, 2024, we received payment of approximately $9.4 million in net proceeds from a recovered shipwreck in which we retained a residual economic interest when we sold substantially all the assets related to our shipwreck business to a third-party purchaser in December 2015. The holders of the March 2023 Notes hold a security interest in the proceeds.
