ACQUISITIONS	ACQUISITIONOn February 26, 2021, the Company acquired the business and certain assets of Year & Day, a designer and distributor of ceramic dinnerware, stainless steel flatware and Italian glassware, for cash in the amount of $0.2 million. The assets and operating results of the Year & Day brand are reflected in the Company’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with ASC Topic No. 805, Business Combinations, commencing from the acquisition date. The purchase price was allocated based on the fair values of the assets acquired which consistent of inventory $0.3 million and liabilities assumed of $0.1 million. The Year & Day acquisition did not have a material impact on the Company's consolidated statement of operations for the year ended December 31, 2021.
