Retirement plan	Note 8 - Retirement plan The Company sponsors a deferred savings and profit sharing plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Substantially all of its employees may participate in and make voluntary contributions to this defined contribution plan after they meet certain eligibility requirements. The Board of Directors of the Company can authorize discretionary contributions by the Company. The Company did not make contributions to the plan in 2011or 2010.
