Note 14 - Subsequent events

On June 6, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share to be paid on July 15, 2018 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2018.

On June 6, 2018, Cables Unlimited extended its lease with K&K Unlimited for an additional  three years to June 30, 2021, with the same terms and conditions.
