Related-Party Transactions	19. Related-Party Transactions During the third quarter of 2021 and 2022, we purchased cybersecurity software licenses from CrowdStrike, Inc. for $98,000 each year. In 2022, we entered into a three-year IT security training program with KnowBe4, Inc. for $14,000 per year. One of our Board members is a Board member of CrowdStrike Inc and KnowBe4, Inc. The purchases were completed as arm’s length transactions.
