Long-Term Severance Liability In December 2024, the Company recorded a $1.9 million liability based on the contractual terms of the severance agreement with its former President and Chief Executive Officer. As of December 31, 2024, $0.9 million is recorded in current liabilities and $1.0 million is recorded as a long-term liability in the Company’s Consolidated Balance Sheets.
