Short-Term Investments	Note 5. Short-Term Investments As of December 31, 2016 and June 30, 2016, the Company’s short-term investments consisted of $40.1 million and $35.1 million, respectively, in U.S. government securities. The short-term investments held as of December 31, 2016 and June 30, 2016 had maturity dates of less than one year, are considered to be “held to maturity” and are carried at amortized cost. Due to the short-term maturities of these instruments, the amortized cost approximates the related fair values. As of December 31, 2016 and June 30, 2016, the gross holding gains and losses were immaterial.
