Mark Goossens steps down from QSC Board

After the integration of Ventelo GmbH into QSC AG has been completed, Mark Goossens is leaving the company by mutual agreement effective September 30 and will not renew his contract. The member of the QSC Management Board had been responsible for Customer Service and Operations, and was Managing Director of Ventelo GmbH. “Mark Goossens played a key role in driving the integration of voice carrier Ventelo into QSC. Without his valuable contribution, QSC would not have been able to transform itself so quickly from a pure DSL provider to a full service telecommunication provider. He deserves our sincere thanks for this accomplishment,” states Dr. Bernd Schlobohm, Chief Executive Officer of QSC AG, on behalf of the entire Management Board The remaining Management Board members will assume Mark Goossens’ responsibilities. The directorship at Ventelo GmbH will also be succeeded by an appointment from within the QSC group.
