rights pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 sentence 1 Securities Trading Act:
a) On March 27, 2007, Baker Communications Fund (Cayman), L.P., 540 Madison
Avenue, New York, NY 10022, USA, informed us pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1
sentence 1 Securities Trading Act, that on June 8, 2006 it fell short of
the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne and that as
per this day its share of voting rights in QSC amounted to 23.17%. This
corresponds to 29,438,956 voting rights.
b) On March 27, 2007, Baker Capital Partners (Anguilla), LLC, 540 Madison
Avenue, New York, NY 10022, USA, informed us pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1
sentence 1 Securities Trading Act, that on June 8, 2006 it fell short of
the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne and that as
per this day its share of voting rights in QSC amounted to 23.17%. This
corresponds to 29,438,956 voting rights. According to its own statement
these voting rights were fully attributable to Baker Capital Partners
(Anguilla), LLC pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1, No. 1 Securities
Trading Act via Baker Communications Fund (Cayman), L.P.
