QSC legacy shareholder Baker Capital distributes QSC shares to its unitholders Cologne, February 9, 2011. U.S.-based investment company Baker Capital, which had been invested in QSC since 1999, before the company went public, has informed QSC that it has transferred a total of 8,279,754 QSC shares to its investors in conjunction with a distribution of its closed-end funds, some of which have already been in existence for more than ten years. These investors primarily consist of U.S.-based institutional addresses and family offices with a long-term focus. This transaction increases QSC's free-float to 61.3 percent.
