Restricted Cash and Cash Equivalents	6.     Restricted Cash and Cash Equivalents Restricted cash consists of cash and cash equivalents held in a letter of credit account pursuant to a lease agreement entered into on April 2, 2010 for leasing of property at 3020 and 3030 Callan Road, San Diego, California.  The lease agreement required us to execute a letter of credit for $350,000 naming the landlord as a beneficiary.  The letter of credit was issued in July 2010 and required us to maintain $350,000 as restricted cash for the duration of the lease, which expires October 31, 2015.
