Subsequent Events	16. Subsequent Events We have evaluated events after the balance sheet date of December 31, 2011 and up to the date we filed this report. Subsequent to the quarter ended December 31, 2011, we completed four scheduled closings with Seaside 88, LP during the period of January 1, 2012 through our filing date raising in aggregate approximately $3,740,000 in gross proceeds from the sale of 1,250,000 shares of our common stock in connection with the agreement we entered into with Seaside 88, LP on July 11, 2011.
