Related Party Transactions	15. Related Party Transactions During the year ended December 31, 2010, we recognized $583,000 in product revenues, related party, from our sales transactions through our distribution partner, Green Hospital Supply, Inc. No similar sales occurred during the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011. As of December 31, 2011 and 2010, Green Hospital, Inc. was a beneficial owner of more than five percent of our outstanding shares of common stock. During the year ended December 31, 2012, Green Hospital, Inc. beneficial ownership has decreased to be less than five percent of our outstanding shares of common stock. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, we incurred approximately $232,000, $166,000 and $253,000, respectively, in royalty costs in connection with our sales of our Celution® 800/CRS System products to the European and Asia-Pacific reconstructive surgery market, pursuant to our License and Royalty Agreement and the Amended License/Commercial Agreement with the Olympus-Cytori, Inc. joint venture. Additionally, in February 2012, we purchased second generation Celution® Systems and consumable sets from the Olympus-Cytori, Inc. joint venture, at a formula-based transfer price aggregating to $1,048,000. As of December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, Olympus Corporation was a beneficial owner of more than five percent of our outstanding shares of common stock.
