Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events On April 6, 2016, the Company filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 registering non-transferable subscription rights to purchase up to $10,000,000 of units to be distributed at no charge to the holders of our common stock as of the record date.  The rights provide the holders the option to subscribe for units, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a fraction of a warrant (with each whole warrant representing the right to purchase one share of common stock).  The record date and pricing terms of the rights offering have not yet been determined. There is no guarantee that the rights offering will be consummated, or if it is consummated that it will raise sufficient capital to enable the Company to continue to execute its business strategy as currently contemplated.
