DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS  Bovie Medical Corporation (“Bovie”) was incorporated in 1982, under the laws of the State of Delaware and is a medical device company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of electrosurgical devices. Our medical products include a wide range of devices including electrosurgical generators and accessories, cauteries, medical lighting, nerve locators and other products.
