RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Several relatives of Nikolay Shilev, Bovie Bulgaria’s Managing Director, are considered related parties. Teodora Shileva, Mr. Shilev’s spouse is an employee of the company working in the Accounting department. Antoaneta Dimitrova Shileva-Toromanova, Mr. Shilev’s sister, is the Manager of Production and Human Resources. Svetoslav Shilev, Mr. Shilev’s son is an Engineer in the Quality Assurance department. A relative of Moshe Citronowicz, Bovie’s Senior Vice President, is considered a related party. Arik Zoran is a consultant of the Company doing business as AR Logic, Inc., a consulting firm owned by Arik Zoran, Mr. Citronowicz’s brother. The Company has been working with AR Logic since 2011 and as of April 14, 2017, the Company agreed to a renewal contract and terms to continue the consulting arrangement, expiring December 31, 2017. AR Logic was paid consulting fees of approximately $67,533 and $96,033 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, respectively compared to $46,662 and $76,662 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016.
