RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Several relatives of Nikolay Shilev, Apyx Bulgaria’s Managing Director, are considered related parties. Teodora Shileva, Mr. Shilev’s spouse, is an employee of the Company working in the accounting department. Antoaneta Dimitrova Shileva-Toromanova, Mr. Shilev’s sister, is the manager of human resources. Svetoslav Shilev, Mr. Shilev’s son, is a quality manager in the quality assurance department. In addition, as part of the purchase of the Apyx Bulgaria manufacturing facility, Mr. Shilev was issued a note payable for $0.1 million, which was paid in full on October 20, 2020. The partner in the Company’s China joint venture is also a supplier of the Company. For the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, the Company made purchases from this supplier of approximately $1.3 million and $1.4 million, respectively. At December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively, the Company owed this supplier approximately $1,000 and $38,000, respectively.
