RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Several relatives of Nikolay Shilev, Apyx Bulgaria’s Managing Director, are considered related parties. Teodora Shileva, Mr. Shilev’s spouse, is an employee of the Company working in the accounting department. Antoaneta Dimitrova Shileva-Toromanova, Mr. Shilev’s sister, is the manager of human resources. Svetoslav Shilev, Mr. Shilev’s son, is a quality manager in the quality assurance department. The partner in the Company’s China joint venture is also a supplier of the Company. For the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, the Company made purchases from this supplier of approximately $0.6 million and $1.3 million, respectively. At December 31, 2022 and 2021, the Company had net receivables from and payables to this supplier of approximately $8,000 and $1,000, respectively.
