Schedule of Net Loss Per Share

Upon the completion of Merger Transaction (see Note 2) and reverse stock split (see Note 29), the basic and diluted weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding used in computing net loss per ordinary share - basic and diluted was retrospectively adjusted to reflect the share split and reverse stock split for the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
