Subsequent Events [Text Block]	(13) Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were issued and has concluded that no material events occurred during this period that require recognition or disclosure, other than those disclosed below. On January 1, 2026, the definitive agreement with STF Management, LP, signed in March 2025, was terminated. As a result, for the three months ended December 31, 2025, the Company expensed costs associated with the agreement that had previously been capitalized.
