SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events”, which establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date but before the financial statements are issued, the Company has evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date, up through the date the Company issued the financial statements. On January 15, 2025, the Company entered into a legally binding letter of intent (the “Letter of Intent”) with Mingde Technology Limited (“Holdco”), a Cayman Islands holding company, and Zhejiang Xiaojianren Internet Technology Co., Ltd (“XJR”), a company established in China and in the business of operating online sports platforms and providing technological solutions for health product stores. Pursuant to the Letter of Intent, the Company will effect a business combination (the “Business Combination”) with Holdco based on an equity valuation of $396 million.
