Subsequent Events The Company evaluated all events and material transactions for potential recognition or disclosure through such time as these statements were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and determined there were no items deemed reportable other than the $2,200 optional prepayment of the Term B Loan that was completed on October 17, 2012.
