Fiscal Period, Policy [Policy Text Block]	Fiscal Year The Company’s current fiscal quarter ended on December 28, 2014, the last Sunday in December. The Company’s Brazilian, Colombian and Chinese subsidiaries’ fiscal quarter ended on December 31, 2014 and there were no significant transactions or events that occurred between the Company’s fiscal quarter end and its subsidiaries’ fiscal quarter end. The three months ended December 28, 2014 and December 29, 2013 each consisted of thirteen fiscal weeks. The six months ended December 28, 2014 and December 29, 2013 each consisted of twenty-six fiscal weeks.
Reclassification, Policy [Policy Text Block]	Reclassifications Certain reclassifications of prior years’ data have been made to conform to the current year presentation.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period.
