Subsequent Events [Text Block]	22.      Subsequent Events On April 19, 2016, pursuant to the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Compensation Committee”) granted an aggregate of 500,000 restricted shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 (the “Restricted Shares”), to certain employees, officers and directors of the Company, o f which 220,000 restricted shares were granted to the Company’s executive officers and directors. The restricted shares vest semi-annually in 6 equal installments over a three year period with the first vesting on December 31, 2016.
