Note:

Including 90,834 and 55,000 vested restricted shares granted pursuant to the 2015 Plan that were not yet issued for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2017, respectively.

For the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2017, 440,000 and 653,500 unvested restricted shares were anti-dilutive and excluded from shares used in the diluted computation.
