Short-term deposits	3. Short-term deposits Short-term deposits represent time deposits placed with banks with maturities of six months. Interest earned is recorded as finance income in the condensed consolidated financial statement. As of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, substantially all of the Company’s short-term deposits amounting to nil and $20,756,497, respectively, had been placed in reputable financial institutions in the PRC.
