Inventories as of December 31, 2024 and September 30, 2025 consisted of the following:

During the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2025, write-downs of obsolete inventories to lower of cost or net realizable value of $1,371,328 and $1,167,549, respectively, were charged to cost of revenues.

During the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2025, write-downs of obsolete inventories to lower of cost or net realizable value of $3,364,889 and $3,747,287, respectively, were charged to cost of revenues.
