<DIV align="justify" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 10pt">TeamStaff operating revenues have increased for a third sequential quarter. &#147;We believe that
our first quarter results indicate that our turnaround is underway, though we continue our efforts
to conclude several key initiatives and uncertainties&#148; said Zachary Parker, President and Chief
Executive Officer, TeamStaff Inc., who continued &#147;During fiscal 2011, we expect to complete our
transition, create financial stability consistent with our strategic plan, and begin to implement
our &#147;accelerated&#148; and &#147;long-term&#148; growth strategies targeting adjacent logistics and healthcare

discussed in our recently filed Form 10-K, we have recently taken measures which are expected to

availability of our credit facility and receiving commitments for additional equity and/or

<DIV align="justify" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 10pt">The Company&#146;s revenue for the three months ended December&nbsp;31, 2010 was $10.6&nbsp;million as compared
to $10.8&nbsp;million in the comparable quarter last year, resulting from net reductions in headcount
(and associated overtime) at a number of Government facilities related to the Federal Government
&#147;in sourcing&#148; certain positions.

<DIV align="justify" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 10pt">TeamStaff&#146;s gross profit from continuing operations for the three months ended December&nbsp;31, 2010
and 2009 were $1.3&nbsp;million and $1.4&nbsp;million, respectively which represents a decrease of $0.1
million. Gross profit from continuing operations, as a percentage of revenue, was 12.5% and 12.6%,
for the three months ended December&nbsp;31, 2010 and 2009, respectively.

<DIV align="justify" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 10pt">Selling, general and administrative expenses for the three months ended December&nbsp;31, 2010 and 2009
were $1.6&nbsp;million and $2.0&nbsp;million, respectively, which represented an improvement of $0.4&nbsp;million,
or 20.0%. The improvement is primarily due to cost-cutting initiatives employed by new management
and the non recurring effects of fiscal 2010 officer severance expense.

<DIV align="justify" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 10pt">Loss from continuing operations was $0.3&nbsp;million or ($0.07) per basic share compared to a loss from
continuing operations of $0.7&nbsp;million or ($0.13) per basic share in the comparable quarter last
year. There was no net income or loss from discontinued operations in the first quarter of fiscal
2011, compared to a net loss from discontinued operations in the first quarter of fiscal 2010 of
$1.1&nbsp;million or ($0.23) per basic share, due to the disposal of TeamStaff Rx. Net loss for the
three months ended December&nbsp;31, 2010 was $0.3&nbsp;million, or ($0.07) per basic and diluted share, as
compared to net loss of $1.8&nbsp;million, or ($0.36) per basic and diluted share, for the three months
ended December&nbsp;31, 2009. This represents an improvement in net loss of $1.5&nbsp;million due to the
operating and disposal losses related to TeamStaff Rx in fiscal 2010.

<DIV align="justify" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 10pt">At December&nbsp;31, 2010, the Company had $0.6&nbsp;million in cash and $14,000 in availability under its
credit facility. Subsequent to the quarter&#146;s end, the Company and its Lender further increased the
maximum availability under the Loan Agreement by an additional $500,000 to $3.0&nbsp;million; subject to
eligible receivables. The Company believes that it has adequate liquidity resources to fund
operations over the next twelve months in view of the additional funding committed by the Company&#146;s
Lender and other parties in February&nbsp;2011.
