ECONOMIC DEPENDENCY:	ECONOMIC DEPENDENCY: A major customer is defined as a customer from whom the Company derives at least 10% of its revenues. In each of the fiscal quarters ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, revenue from the U.S. Government accounted, either directly or indirectly, for 100% of the Company’s total revenue. Within the U.S. Government, our largest customer in the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014 continued to be the DVA, accounting for 97% of revenue in the fiscal quarters ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, and with whom the Company held over a dozen contracts and/or task orders for logistics, pharmaceutical, and medical services, all subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Accordingly, DLH remains particularly dependent on the continuation of its relationship with the DVA.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
