Cost-Method Investment	(9) Cost Method Investment On June 10, 2021, the Company entered into a membership interest purchase agreement with SN2N, LLC, for an aggregate purchase price of $350,000, to be paid in four tranches. Each tranche represents a 5% membership interest, and in aggregate a 20% membership interest. On June 15, 2022, an amendment to the membership interest purchase agreement was made to reflect a 19.9% membership interest. In light of this amendment, the Company overpaid by $1,750 for the membership interest and was subsequently reimbursed. As of June 30, 2023, the Company has made an investment of $348,250 for a 19.9% membership interest.
