Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of
Listing. |
At the close of business on February 4, 2009, Saga Communications, Inc. (the “Company”)
qualified to have its Class A Common Stock listed on the NYSE Alternext US LLC (the “NYSE Alternext
US). The Class A Common Stock will begin trading on the NYSE Alternext US on February 5, 2009.
The Company also began the process of delisting its Class A Common Stock from the New York Stock
Exchange at the close of business on February 4, 2009. Saga’s Class A Common Stock will continue
to trade under the ticker symbol SGA on the NYSE Alternext US.
