Stock Options

For the thirteen week periods ended March 30, 2025 and March 31, 2024, the Company recognized $0.1 million of compensation expense related to stock options. Unamortized share-based compensation expense as of March 30, 2025 amounted to $0.6 million which is expected to be recognized over the next 2.1 years. As of March 30, 2025, a total of 1.1 million shares remain available for issuance under 2013 Plan.
