Subsequent Event	Note 20— Subsequent Events Credit Agreement Amendment and Waiver On September 8, 2025, we entered into a Fifth Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement and Waiver Agreement relating to the Further Amended Credit Agreement (the “Fifth Amendment”) with Bank of America.
