11. Related Parties

The Company has consulting agreements with two members of its board of directors; one of which waived his consulting fees starting as of September 2021. Total consulting fees paid during the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 were $33.0 and $33.0, respectively. Total consulting fees paid during the six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 were $42.0 and $58.0, respectively. There were no amounts owed under the consulting agreements as of June 30, 2023.
