11. Related Parties

The Company has consulting agreements with two members of its board of directors; one of which waived his consulting fees starting as of September 2021. Total consulting fees paid during the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022 were $25.0 and $19.7, respectively. Total consulting fees paid during the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022 were $66.7 and $78.0, respectively. There were no amounts owed under the consulting agreements as of September 30, 2023.
