Related Party Transactions In January 2016, the Company provided a one-year, 0% loan to its Chief Executive Officer in the amount of $61.  This loan was fully forgiven and included as compensation in September 2016. For the three months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, the Company reimbursed the Series A Investor $0 and $7, respectively, and $39 and $10 for the nine months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively, for certain out of pocket and other expenses in connection with certain management and administrative support services provided.
