Equipment Lease Obligations	Equipment Lease Obligations The Company entered into various lease arrangements to lease equipment. Equipment cost of $50 has been capitalized and included in the Company’s property, plant and equipment as of September 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, respectively. Depreciation expense under lease assets was approximately $3 and $73 for the three months ended September 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively. Depreciation expense under lease assets was approximately $113 and $219 for the nine months ended September 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively. As of September 30, 2018, the remaining minimum lease payment for equipment lease obligations is $8, which is due within one year.
