Depreciation expense was $25,693, $24,667 and $21,725 for the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively. Depletion expense was $36, $36 and $18 for the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively.

The Company capitalized no interest expense associated with the construction of new property, plant and equipment for the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020.
