U.S. Defined Contribution Plan
The Company is the sponsor of a defined contribution plan, subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, that covers substantially all U.S. employees over the age of 21 that have been employed for at least 90 days. The plan allows participants to make pre-tax and Roth after-tax contributions and the Company provides 100% matching on the first 3% and 50% matching on the next 2% of employee’s eligible deferred compensation. Employees are immediately vested in both their contributions and the Company’s matching contributions. In accordance with the provisions of the plan, the Company may make additional discretionary contributions to the accounts of its participants. There were no additional discretionary contributions during the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022. During the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, the Company made matching contributions of $952, $677 and $572, respectively to its U.S. Defined Contribution Plan.
