Leases	11. Leases New Corporate Office Lease In late December 2013, the Company executed a new lease for office space at 1250 Wood Branch Park Drive, Houston, Texas. The lease covers approximately 13,000 square feet. The term of the lease is 64 months and commences upon completion of tenant improvements, which were completed in March 2014. The Company leases equipment (principally trucks and forklifts) under operating lease agreements that expire at various dates to 2016. Rental expense relating to operating leases and other short-term leases for the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 amounted to approximately $64,000 and $72,000, respectively.
