Income Taxes	8. Income Taxes The tax provision for 2015 and 2014 reflects a 34% U.S. tax rate related to the equity in foreign joint ventures’ operations, net of dividends received for an effective rate of 0% because of the expected mix of US income or loss, foreign equity income and dividends.
