Sale of South Coast Electric Assets	(18) Sale of South Coast Electric Assets On June 24, 2016, the Company sold its Bay St. Louis, MS manufacturing facility and related assets including fixed assets, work in process, and inventory to an unrelated party. The sale resulted in a gain of $0.18 million, of which $0.07 million is in relation to the gain on sale of fixed assets and reported in other income, and $0.11 million is related to inventory and is reflected in income from operations.
