A material part of the Company’s business is dependent on a few customers, the loss of which could have a material adverse effect on the Company. No other customer represented more than 10% of the Company’s total revenue for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019. Based upon the expected collectability of our accounts receivable, management believed all balances were fully collectible such that no allowance for doubtful accounts was deemed necessary.
