CHANGE IN GROUP MANAGEMENT
The chairman announces that the CEO René Normann Christensen has handed in his resignation as the CEO in Glunz & Jensen, which will have effect by July 31, 2019.
Glunz & Jensen is implementing Change4Success (the turnaround plan) under the leadership of René Normann Christensen. Glunz & Jensen continues to implement further measures to improve profitability.
The chairman expresses his appreciation for the contribution provided by René Normann Christensen.
