SUBSEQUENT EVENT: On October 25, 2011, the Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors awarded 15,900 restricted stock units to members of the Company's Executive Management Team. The restricted stock units provide that the award recipients can elect, at their option, to receive either common stock in the Company, or a cash settlement, at the time of vesting. The awards vest in equal amounts on October 25, 2012, October 25, 2013, and October 25 2014.
