2. ACQUISTIONS:

During fiscal 2014, the Company began serving customers of two small convenience store distributors ("Distributors") located in North Dakota. As part of our agreement with these Distributors, the Company acquired inventory totaling approximately $1.0 million. No material intangible assets or liabilities were assumed in connection with these transactions. These businesses were included in our Wholesale Distribution Segment and are not considered material to the Company's consolidated financial statements.
