Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	9.  Deferred Salary Our president has an employment contract that stipulates an annual salary of $240,000.  He has not received payments for salary for a portion of 2011.  As of December 31, 2011 this deferred salary was $398,790 and was offset against the receivable of $640,000 from him at that date (please see footnote 6).  As of December 31, 2010, this deferred salary was $330,625.
