Deferred Salary and Other Compensation From February 2013 and into the second quarter of 2014, the Company was unable to pay employees and non-employee directors on a regular basis, resulting in unpaid salaries, fees and other compensation of $571,328 as of December 31, 2013, net of advances.  The Company has since paid all unpaid salaries, fees and other compensation, net of advances as of June 30, 2014.
