Eltek ASA - New contemplated bond issue

Eltek ASA is contemplating to issue a new bond loan in the Norwegian credit
market with maturity in April 2015. The purpose of the loan is refinancing of
existing debt and for general corporate purposes.


SEB Merchant Banking and Pareto Securities have been appointed as Joint
Arrangers of the new contemplated bond issue.
