SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 5. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During 2020, a strain of coronavirus (“COVID – 19”) was reported worldwide, resulting in decreased economic activity and concerns about the pandemic, which would adversely affect the broader global economy. The Company is taking all necessary steps to keep our business premises in a safe environment and are constantly monitoring the impact of COVID–19. The extent to which COVID-19 will impact our business and financial results will depend on future developments, which are highly uncertain and cannot be predicted at this time due to the rapid evolution of this uncertain situation. The Company has evaluated subsequent events through May 13, 2020, the date the Consolidated Financial Statements were available to be issued, and has determined that there are none to be reported.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
